We are delighted to share the latest construction update at Ramlegh Springs Village, with an official groundbreaking event held on-site with key stakeholders to mark the official commencement of construction.

 

 

Developed by APD Projects, Ramlegh Springs Village is set to become a lively local meeting place with brand-new amenities for the surrounding community.

The team at Becon Construction are on-site and helping deliver the precinct with completion anticipated for early 2026.

In addition to the full-line Woolworths and ALDI, a number of specialty retailers will offer a wide range of goods and services with opportunities including cafes, beauty, medical, retail, and fitness for the rapidly growing pocket of Clyde North.

 

 

APD Projects’ Director Brad Paddon said “We are excited to be delivering a brand-new retail experience to Clyde North in partnership with Becon Construction, which hold over three decades of experience in the industry. With groundworks commenced, we anticipate the new shopping centre will be open for trading in early 2026.”

Ramlegh Springs Village’s strong leasing campaign is being led by Colliers. Colliers Associate Director of Retail Leasing, Daniel Paul, said, “There has been overwhelming interest in Ramlegh Springs Village with 94% of the space already pre-committed. Demand for retail spaces within new neighbourhood shopping centres in high-growth areas have continued to increase post- COVID and snapped up years before completion.”

ALDI Australia and Woolworths are coming to Ramlegh Springs Village

ALDI Australia and Woolworths are among shops to feature at Ramlegh Springs Village.

 

 

We are delighted to announce that ALDI Australia will be opening its doors at Ramlegh Springs Village in 2026.

To complement Woolworths, also committed to delivering a full-line supermarket in Ramlegh Springs Village in 2026, ALDI Australia will provide an affordable selection of quality groceries.

We’re also very excited to share that Snap Fitness and Direct Chemist Outlet. will also call Ramlegh Springs Village home from early 2026.

 

 

Representatives from Woolworths and Aldi recently joined the developer, APD Projects, to celebrate the commencement of construction at Ramlegh Boulevard.

Woolworths Group Senior Property Portfolio Manager, Angie Ranger said “We look forward to continuing to be a part of the growing local Clyde North community within a full-line Woolworths Supermarket in Ramlegh Spring Village.”

An ALDI spokesperson said “We are excited to be bringing our unique shopping experience to Ramlegh Springs Village. The store will offer a supermarket experience like no other, providing shoppers with award-winning grocery products at Australia’s lowest prices and iconic Special Buys together with fresh fruit, vegetables, and bread delivered daily.”
