This Strawberry Gin Spring Sour cocktail is perfect for Easter weekend.
Infuse Aperol with fresh strawberries for at least a day, then mix 45ml gin, 22ml strawberry Aperol, 22ml grapefruit juice, 15ml lemon juice, 15ml simple syrup, and 1 egg white.
